All orders are processed for shipping as quickly and safely as possible.

• We are responsible for those elements within our control that are designed to bring customer satisfaction through your order’s successful fulfillment. The plants we ship are actively growing hybrids, and we assure the arrival of healthy plants.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages incurred after a plant leaves our nursery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant.
