Seed Parent: Anthurium ‘Michelle®’ ‘28’ is a compact and easy to grow cultivar selection boasting a burgundy-colored new emergent leaf. Its pollen can express a wide array of dynamic colors in healthy hybrid seedlings.
Pollen Parent: ‘DocBlock Zara®’ ‘52’ is a medium-large crystallinum selection that retains a persistent “red eye” where the petiole emerges at the leaf sinus. Only a few crosses were made using this special parent that has recently been retired from next year’s breeding program. As such, this will be its last offering as a DocBlock hybrid parent Anthurium.
